I achieved the picture above by opening the pictures below in photoshop and making the opacity on the first picture a little bit lower than the other one so I can see the second picture in order to rub out the parts using the rubber tool to reveal the picture under it which is the mouth part. I smoothed out the edges with the blur tool and made the under eye a grey shade by using the sponge tool. Then I changed the opacity on the first picture back to 100%. Lastly I increased the brightness to make it stand out more.
